5500 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

Please read this document carefully before using the 5500 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 5500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published by the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The 5500 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5500 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated. 5500 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid proof of identification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. It is strongly recommended that you:

Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Notify the 5500 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

5500 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

5500 users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 5500 platform.
Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party without written authorisation from the platform.
Distributing obscene, inflammatory, defamatory or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication features.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where appropriate.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 5500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method in their own name. Payments using a third party's account or credit card are strictly prohibited.

5500 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other online banking options available in Malaysia. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform's payments page and are subject to change from time to time.

Regarding the withdrawal process:

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by the platform — typically between 15 minutes and 3 business days, depending on the chosen method.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the account holder's name.
Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.

5500 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

5500 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this service, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

5500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Any balance in an account suspended for fraud may be forfeited by the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, images, source code and other elements on the 5500 platform are owned by or licensed to the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

5500 may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. Such links do not imply that the platform endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

5500 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 5500 platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
